Orbit of the Unsaid
“When I created Orbit of the Unsaid, I was in a space where a lot of thoughts and emotions were tangled inside me. I felt like I had so many things I wanted to express—truths, frustrations, hopes—but they kept circling in my mind without ever landing where they needed to.
The swirling center represents that emotional whirlpool I was living in: thoughts looping over themselves, never fully settling. The bright red and orange strokes symbolize the intensity of those feelings—the heat of passion, the fire of frustration, the sparks of inspiration. The cool aqua underneath is the quieter part of me, the core that stays calm even when everything above it is chaotic.
The messy lines weren’t planned. They came from a place of pure instinct—letting my hand move faster than my thoughts. Every drip and streak is something I couldn’t put into words at the time.
This piece is the moment I stopped trying to explain myself and just let the truth move through me. It’s a map of everything I felt but couldn’t say out loud.”
